The infrastructure of hosting the Games is a major consideration for any city. In Tokyo’s case, the idea is to host the Games in the ‘heart of the city’. This type of ‘compact concept‘ for an Olympic Games is an unusual proposition. But with Japan’s efficient and extensive public transport system it is possible.
