Wheelchair Basketball

I love this photo that the Committee have used of ‘Wheelchair Basketball’ to promote Tokyo2016.
Wheelchair Basketball was developed shortly after World War II by US veterans.
The sport was introduced to the Paralympic Games in 1960. It is a sport designed for athletes who have a physical disability stopping them from running, jumping and pivoting. [...]
